Photography Services Agreement

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Simone Dib, hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," and [Client], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."
Services and Scope of Work: - Photoshoot Session: The Photographer agrees to provide a photoshoot session lasting 1 hour and 20 minutes. - Digital Format: The Photographer will deliver all edited photos to the Client in digital format. - Services: The Photographer will perform color correction and light skin editing. No magazine treatment or extensive Photoshop work will be included. - Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for hair, makeup, and wardrobe on the day of the photoshoot.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled photoshoot will result in a 60% payment retention by the Photographer.
Location: The photoshoot location can be either at the Photographer's Home Studio or an outdoor location within 10 miles of 616 Alta Ave, Santa Monica, with no additional fee. If the location is more than 11 miles from 616 Alta Ave, Santa Monica, an extra fee will be applied per mile. The Client will be notified of the exact fee in advance.
Miscellaneous: The Photographer retains the right to use the images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Client. Any additional requests by the Client beyond the scope of this Agreement may incur additional fees, to be agreed upon in writing.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing this package, the Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Photography Services Agreement.
